This programme is designed for Technicians, Supervisors, Technical Officers, fresh diploma holders and Graduates in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering to advance the knowledge and skills in the engineering applications. The program content relevant to electronics is more biased to industries.

Industrialists and engineering service providers are facing a major problem in finding technically qualified personnel to take the challenges in modern era. The knowledge and skills acquired by the students at technical institutions is insufficient for the fast evolving, high tech environments of today’s work place.

The objective of this programme is to fulfill knowledge and skills gap between the output of technical institutions and the requirements of industries in Sri Lanka.
