I clearly understand and accept that the registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

I acknowledge that refund eligibility for other fees is subject to the conditions and clauses stated in the official FLITS Refund Policy, including provisions relating to centre-related fees and awarding body fees, postponements, transfers, medical grounds, and submission timelines.

I understand that the full and updated Refund Policy can be accessed through the relevant section of the FLITS Student Portal, and it is my responsibility to review and comply with the policy.

I further declare that all personal information, identification documents (NIC/Passport), educational certificates, work experience letters, and any other supporting documents submitted by me are true, accurate, complete, and valid. I understand that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of my registration without refund and may lead to further action by the institute.
